How this website handles enquiries, preferences and optional usage measurement.

Information you send us
The enquiry form asks for your name, email address, optional company and project details. It also includes the page and product or feature associated with your enquiry, and campaign information when you arrived through a tagged link. We use this information to respond and coordinate an appropriate sales or support follow-up.
Enquiries are delivered to AutoMap's sales email and may be shared internally with the people responsible for responding. We may discuss a relevant distributor introduction with you. Do not include passwords, access keys or confidential datasets in the form.
Website delivery and security
Our hosting and email systems process technical information needed to deliver the site and messages. Server logs may contain IP addresses and request details. The form uses validation, request limits and spam checks. We keep enquiry records as needed for the conversation, customer relationship and applicable record-keeping obligations.
Optional measurement
When optional analytics is enabled, we ask before recording page visits, button or download interactions, and loading performance. These events exclude form text, names, email addresses and URL query strings. We do not use advertising pixels in this website implementation.
Your preference is stored in your browser. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals disable optional measurement. You can decline without affecting the enquiry form.

Browser preferences and external services
The site stores your visual-effects preference and, where applicable, your analytics choice. Tagged campaign information is retained for the browser session to give context to an enquiry. Embedded YouTube videos load when you choose to play them; thumbnails may load from YouTube before playback. External sites operate under their own privacy information.

To ask about information you have supplied, request a correction, or discuss deletion, contact sales@automap.io. We will consider your request in the context of the records we hold and any obligations that apply.
